Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies referenced herein:

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the mamabaj platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. mamabaj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. Proof of age may be requested at any point via the KYC process.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the mamabaj platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to mamabaj must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false personal details at registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with mamabaj or any other gambling platform. Attempting to register or play while under self-exclusion is a breach of these terms.
• Personal Use Only: You may only use the mamabaj platform for your own personal entertainment. Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly forbidden.
• Jurisdictional Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the mamabaj platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. mamabaj operates as an international online gaming platform; players are responsible for their own compliance with local regulations.

Account Registration

To access the full range of mamabaj services — including deposits, gameplay, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal.

Registration Requirements

• A valid, personally owned mobile number (used for account verification and communication).
• A valid email address that you own and have regular access to.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.

Account Security

You must notify the mamabaj support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. mamabaj accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, mamabaj requires completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This is a one-time requirement. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of your registered payment method may also be required. mamabaj aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mamabaj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). mamabaj supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and select bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on mamabaj is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification checks.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your mamabaj account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours to appear.
• No Deposit Fees: mamabaj does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transfer charges, which are your responsibility.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within a few hours of approval. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 banking days.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• No Hidden Withdrawal Fees: mamabaj does not apply administrative fees or deductions to withdrawal amounts from real-money balances. Bonus-related withdrawal restrictions are governed separately under Section 5.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. mamabaj reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

mamabaj offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus (e.g., 20x, 30x) is published in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus balance is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round is ৳500 (or the equivalent per spin/hand). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before a new bonus can be applied.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins that remain unused or whose wagering requirements remain unmet after the stated validity period (typically 7 or 30 days depending on the offer) will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Abuse and Fraud: mamabaj actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed.
• mamabaj's Discretion: mamabaj reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable. Bonuses are offered at mamabaj's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to any individual player.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the mamabaj platform are supplied by internationally recognised software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games are subject to independent testing and certification of their Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• Fair Outcomes: All game outcomes on the mamabaj platform are determined by certified RNG systems. mamabaj does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of individual game rounds.
• Disconnections: In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, mamabaj's systems will resolve the round according to the game's standard rules once connectivity is restored. The outcome of a round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will stand once confirmed by the game server.
• Sports Betting Markets: Cricket, football, and other sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each market type. Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket, BPL official results). mamabaj reserves the right to void bets where market integrity is in doubt.
• Game Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software error or malfunction affecting a game round, mamabaj reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. No winnings generated as a result of a provable software malfunction will be honoured.
• Currency and Display: All displayed odds, game values, and account balances are shown in BDT (৳). Players are responsible for understanding the value of their bets before placing them.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamabaj platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the mamabaj platform, whether under your own identity or under a false, borrowed, or fabricated identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with the mamabaj support team.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, betting market, or account system for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime using the mamabaj platform as a vehicle.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to fix outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the mamabaj bonus system through systematic strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple platforms using mamabaj bonus funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mamabaj staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

Account Suspension & Closure

mamabaj reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including those set out in Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct), may result in immediate suspension pending investigation and permanent closure if the breach is confirmed.
• Fraud or Financial Crime: Where mamabaj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime involving a player's account, the account will be suspended immediately and referred to the relevant internal compliance process.
• Unverified Identity: Accounts that cannot be verified through the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may be closed, with deposited funds (net of any bonuses) returned to the original deposit method.
• Player-Requested Closure: Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and KYC requirements being met.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from the mamabaj platform may do so at any time via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings or by contacting support. • Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. mamabaj will attempt to notify the registered account holder before applying any inactive account administration process. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be preserved and made available upon account reactivation subject to KYC.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, mamabaj reserves the right to forfeit any and all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and pending withdrawal requests where those funds are connected to the breach. Real-money deposits not connected to a breach will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with mamabaj's internal compliance procedures.
